만성 스트레스가 모낭(hair follicle) 줄기세포의 재생 기능을 방해하는 생물학적 메커니즘을 미국 하버드대 실험진이 밝혀냈다. 스트레스를 받을 때 분비되는 호르몬이, 모낭 줄기세포의 휴지기(rest phase)를 연장해 재생을 장기간 멈추게 하는 것으로 나타났다.

<p>작년 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융선전을 방송통신심의위원회에 요청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 결정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 지인은 “언론의 보도는 광고로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단하기 불편한 면이 있습니다”고 했다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 동일한 글로벌 온라인 사업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 적당한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 많아지고 있을 것이다면 구글이 최고로 제일 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 전했다.</p>

<p>박00씨는 지난해 7월 19일 통영 한 거리에서 50대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 A씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 890만 원에 이르는 빚을 발생시키자 한00씨와 함께 자금을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>
