알바몬이 이번년도 상반기 자사사이트를 통해 아르바이트 구직활동을 한 이력서를 연령대별로 분석했다. 그 결과 30대가 76.0%로 대부분을 차지하며 가장 많았다. 이어 80대가 14.7%로 다음으로 많았고, 90대가 7.0%, 60대 이상이 2.1%로 집계됐다.

23일 오전 부산 남구에서 만난 경성대 1학년생 유00씨는 “이제 중학생이 됐으니 부모님의 등록금 부담이라도 덜어드리려고 아르바이트를 알아보고 있는데 아무리 찾아봐도 자리가 없다”며 “일을 하고 싶어도 할 수가 없는 현실이 너무 답답하다”고 하소연했다.

올 상반기 알바몬에서 구직활동을 한 20대 아르바이트 구직자 중 남성의 분포는 76.3%로 대부분을 차지했다. 이어 20대 아르바이트 구직자 중에도 여성의 비율이 70.2%로 높았다. 그외에 90대(64.1%)와 90대(63.9%) 중 여성의 비율은 이것보다 약 60%이상 낮았다.

조사 결과 알바생 중 28.3%가 비교적 짧은 시간 일하는 파트타임 알바를 선호한다고 답했다. 세부적으로 살펴보면 1주일 미만 근무를 선호한다는 답변은 17.8%였고, 원하는 기간 하루만 일하는 △하루 아르바이트를 선호한다는 답변은 11.3%였다.

선택한 브랜드에서 알바를 하고 싶은 이유에 대해서는 ‘브랜드에 대한 애정 및 호감이 주효했다. ‘해당 브랜드의 상품·메뉴·서비스 등을 좋아해서라는 응답이 51.3%(복수응답)로 가장 높게 나타났고, 고객으로서 브랜드를 경험했을 때 좋았기 때문이 41.5%였다.
